Job Summary:

Our Client Success Consultant will visit existing customers and prospects to assess and evaluate their existing needs and generate a proposal. The candidate will need to be able to coordinate with homeowners, business owners, Sales Team, Project Manager, Dispatching Team, and co-workers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
There is no cold calling!
We are looking for a highly ambitious sales professional with HVAC or Solar ecperience and a proven track record. Our Client Success Consultant is tenacious, critical thinker, and have strong closing skills. This position offers unlimited income potential, without the micromanagement. You will also be compensated based on performance.

Job Requirements:

  • · Serve as the point of contact for new and current Customers providing outstanding Customer Service.
  • · Management and respond to new leads within defined timelines.
  • · Perform effective sales process, improving in how to facilitate solutions to Customers.
  • · Site visit to prepare estimate, including pre-installation photos.
  • · Oversight of ordering and proper staging of all equipment and materials to achieve task.
  • · Day of job, onsite visit to introduce install crew and review scope of work.
  • · Manage scheduled follow up phone calls with customers within 1 week of installation.
  • · Address customer concerns as needed, post installation.
  • · Communicate personnel issues with Service Manager as needed.
  • · Management of existing customer list sales campaigns, framing replacement sales and memberships
