Renewal by Andersen is growing and has the need to add on a new Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will promote the Esler Companies - RbA culure built on high performance teams that interact with each other with love. You will drive programs and results that ensure both the employee and customer experience are consistent with a Signature Service experience. As a Sales Manager you are expected to drive and maintain acceptable levels of sales performance through Coaching & Motivating, running appropriate Rewards & Recognition programs, strong Goal Setting with your teams, and running Productive Meeting Structures that foster communication, community and cooperation. In addition, the Appointment Setting strategies and Sales Processes as defined by the Esler Sales Leadership Team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Performs supervisory work coordinating and training Project Consultants.
- Drive a high-performance sales team to meet their monthly close rate/sales goals as dictated by the current Key Performance Indicators
- Manage the behaviors that drive the customer experience using NPS & Medallia results as coaching tools
- Promote/enable the Esler Company culture with every interaction
- Consistently educate your high-performance team through Field observations, classroom, and continuous education training
- Run meetings that are effective tools to communicate, encourage, reward and inspire your teams.
- Assist with customer issues, managing sales tool inventory, iPad support, assign appointments, reading appointment results, scheduling measure appointments and any additional tasks that involve supporting the company through sales.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with varying degrees of supervision
- Ability to present to small and large audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to provide constructive feedback in a manner that results in improved performance
- A personal passion for driving exceptional company culture
- Establish a team environment by coordinating/cooperating with peers, sharing recognition, supporting interdepartmental and company-wide objectives
- Time management skills
- Computer proficiency in MSOffice, Outlook, and other basic office software
- Objectivity, professionalism and maturity
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a fast paced, changing environment
- Strong sales experience with the proven ability to mentor
- Successful completion of the management level interview process
