About Us:

Premier is a full-service aviation company providing superior customer service and a full complement of aviation services across three distinct divisions: Premier Private Jets (Charter Operation), Premier Aviation Services, LLC (Aircraft Maintenance FAR Part 145 and AOG), and Premier Jet Services (FBO in Waterford, MI). We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for a Sales Manager position with a passion for aviation, who have initiative and competence to make a significant contribution to the organization.

The Sales Manager position will be responsible for developing and leading the sales department. Candidates must have a proven sales track record and previous experience motivating and building a sales team. Travel to Corporate offices and Sales events required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Establish and Implement Sales processes to achieve all goals
  • Build and grow the retail division
  • Oversee charter sales division
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities
  • Increase market share and revenues
  • Oversees Client/Trip Management
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Create and present monthly sales reports
  • Conduct and attend weekly sales meetings with management and team
  • Continue to develop best practices and new SOP’s to ensure efficient and effective sales efforts
  • Management of KPI’s for all team members
  • Providing development and feedback for all team members
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:


Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with Jet Insight
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency
  • Familiar with other Part 135 operators/equipment
  • Ability to handle customer issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Problem solving
  • Min. 5-10 years previous Management experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Must have knowledge of 14 CFR 135 & 91
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must submit to drug screen and background check
