We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and increase hotel revenues and market share, with a focus on the Education and Government markets. You will achieve this by conducting both in-house and outside sales calls, developing promotional packages, and implementing marketing ideas for national and international distribution. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the hotel's visibility through exploring new marketing opportunities, updating existing strategies, managing social media, and hosting site inspections for meeting planners.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Explore new marketing opportunities, update current strategies, and implement new marketing initiatives to maintain and increase visibility for Holiday Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
- Enhance visibility for Lyric Kitchen • Bar by exploring new marketing opportunities, updating current strategies, and managing social media.
- Actively participate in the preparation and execution of the hotel's Sales & Marketing Plan.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
