Job Description

You will learn to be a professional salesperson. You will learn from, educate, and train your customers in order to become their trusted go-to advisor.

Beyond sales, you will grow to fully understand the battery and energy-storage industry, including high performance and specialty batteries for cars, trucks, emergency back-up systems, and solar applications.

You will master our Customer Relations Management system (CRM) and other tools. We will work closely with you and assess your skills and passions, training you to become an expert and grow sales one market at a time.

Your job will require excellent written and verbal communications skills, good reading and comprehension skills, and the ability to follow directions.

Markets may include:

Retail, Garages, Schools and Universities, Cities and Municipalities, Car Clubs, Property Management Companies, Medical Suppliers, Golf Courses, Export Buyers, Motorcycle Shops, Manufacturers, Solar Markets, and more.

Compensation will be $17-$20 per hour during the initial training period. After that, your total compensation, including salary and commission, will range from $50 to $100K or more per year.

Qualifications

Must be coachable, curious, dependable, well-organized, and completion oriented.

Previous sales or technical training preferred but not required. Successful candidates training will incorporate warehouse, retail, in-office and in the field components.
