As one of our Sales Representative, you will act as an essential resource for our existing and other potential customers, helping them with their E-Commerce and Social Media presence. The Sales Representative role comes with the passionate and technical support of our company. Your role will be to introduce and consult on how our Technical support team can help drive more revenue through E-Commerce carts, Social Media influencers, Website Development, Search Engine Optimization, etc. Our Sales Representatives are compensated well above average and we can teach you the industry. Purpose of the Sales Representative Role:

To drive accelerated growth by achieving strategic goals through calls to existing customers and identifying opportunities with new potential clients which develop new business. This is a hybrid remote position.

Principal Accountabilities for our Sales Representative

  • Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within the assigned sales representative territory.
  • Develop and understand customer needs using strong selling skills.
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships with key individuals.
  • Identify potential customers and set strategies to align customers with your sales rep recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities and sales representative strategies to develop new business within assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a high technical competency for our products.
  • Conduct high level of customer service within assigned territory by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Representative team and other company associates to provide valuable contributions to the company and within your regional team that give insightful views from your customers.
  • Execute the sales representative strategy effectively within assigned territory.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, annual company meetings, and conference calls as required.
  • Complete weekly/monthly activity reports, expense reports, and any requested information as directed by the Executive Vice President - Sales.

Key Responsibilities and Duties to work as one of our Sales Representatives:

  • Knowledge of terms, concepts and strategies related to social media and e-commerce
  • Ability to work and communicate with small and large companies who have an internet presence.
  • Communicate with various marketing professionals at companies who recognize the power of e-commerce strategies and social media influencing.
  • Outside experience in Sales is helpful but entry level candidates with a prowess in Social Media have had great success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills..
  • Prospect for new accounts/referrals which include compiling and updating a list of prospective clients to provide leads for additional business.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive account specific growth strategies.
  • Service existing accounts and communicate with clients on a regular basis. Discuss use and features of various parts, services and vehicles.
  • Manage accounts and sales funnel.
  • Update account profiles in monthly for contact info and sales potential.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure that customers are served promptly.

Qualifications that a candidate MUST possess in order to gain consideration for this position:

  • High school diploma required/College Education preferred.
  • Strong written/ verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal oriented professional a must.
  • Enthusiastic outgoing go getter mentality, self-starter and a “can do” attitude.
