Sales Representative Job at Titan Steel
In this role, you will focus on outreach to new customers and building relationships with key stakeholders. Once opportunities have been identified, you will work with the team to analyze customer needs, identify material for sale, create sales/purchase contracts, and manage the release and shipment of material.
Upon joining, you will have the opportunity to go through our training program where we will teach you about steel, supply chains, and sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual business plan
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions
- Manage a balanced distribution network
- Understand the complete supply chain and successfully influence decision-makers at all levels to maximize sales potential
- Communicate and coordinate activities with teammates
- Fulfill corporate administrative requirements and record activity through company systems
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or comparable work experience
- Competitiveness, flexibility and resilience to succeed in business
- Self-motivated, outgoing and confident with desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization
- Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional image
- Strong ties to the New Lenox area

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, plus participation in incentive program
