Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized quote to fix the issue at hand.
- The sales representative position will consist of analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, create a sales proposal, finalize the sale and follow up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction
- Serve as the leader of the sales process from start to completion
- Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC systems
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline
- Develop and sustain customer relationships
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
- Follow-up with prior clients to ask for referrals
- Overcome technical and financial objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options
- Prepare sales orders for jobs sold
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in various sales activities to support the growth of the company
Qualifications
- A minimum 5 years experience in the HVAC trade
- A deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment and HVAC system designs
- High integrity, exceptional communication and social skills
- Proven ability to make solid customer connections and relate with customers positively
- Extremely comfortable operating in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
- Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow
- The ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's home
- Clean, safe driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to set appointments at a times that work better for our customers
- Pre-employment background check and drug test are required to be considered for this position
