We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and technically proficient Sales Representative to join our team of highly motivated individuals in our fast-paced Ohio office.

The ideal candidate will:

 Be responsible for driving business growth at key target customers, leading to long-term high value relationships

 Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or Engineering

 Have 3 to 5 years’ experience of selling Foodservice or Consumer Goods Products to distributors, grocers, retail chains, businesses, coupled with direct-to-consumer sales knowledge Duties and Responsibilities

 Create and maintain positive consultative relationships with key decision makers or decision influencers in accounts

 Achieve sales growth

 Develop new accounts and placements

 Follow up at accounts to ensure our products are properly labeled, represented, stored, and sold to customers at our standards

 Partner and collaborate with our Distribution partners to grow our distribution

 Identify key/major accounts and develop/implement sales strategies to establish business in those accounts

 Develop, manage, and execute marketing and brand awareness programs to support placements, including promotions, food pairings, tastings, merchandising, Point-of-Sale (POS), and special events

 Conduct education and training on our products and brand with accounts and customers

 Other duties as assigned

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or Engineering*

 3 to 5 years’ experience of selling Foodservice or Consumer Goods Products to distributors, grocers, retail chains, businesses, and direct-to-consumer sales knowledge

 Ability to travel nationally and interact in different cultures

 Familiar with new product qualification processes, distributor sales models, and RangeMe

 Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment a plus *Additional years of experience may be accepted in place of the preferred degree requirement

Pay: $66,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
