AVIBE is committed to doing high caliber work for all our clients small and large. We are seeking an energetic, vibrant, customer service oriented individual to join our team. The main focus of this position is to follow up on new client leads as well as leverage existing relationships to grow our business. A genuine interest in technology and passion for proposal/technical writing is a must, the specifics of technologies can be taught as part of the training process for the right candidate. We are looking for a natural problem solver who is willing to be persistent to find solutions to challenges, always communicates clearly with clients and team members, and is very detail oriented. This position works closely with clients and our project managers to take a project from fruition to completion. Prospective client meetings, presentations, collaborations, as well as proposal creations and follow through will be part of your success as our new sales representative. The successful candidate must be able to build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with all clients, business and public contacts, and the entire AVIBE team.

Job Description:

  • Conduct initial call with new potential customers.
  • Work with internal team to create proposals for new customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Work with executive team and project managers to identify new relationships and grow existing ones.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensuring alignment with client expectations and AVIBE's quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers on scope and estimation for proposals.
  • Support client relationships through outstanding customer service.
  • Administrative support and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with relationship-building skills and a passion for superb customer service.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to establish rapport with customers quickly.
  • Applicant must have a team-oriented approach to sales.
  • Self-motivated and flexible.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Prior proposal/technical writing experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
