Summary:
The Sales Solution Specialist achieves sales and profitability objectives through creating sales revenues and helping support other reps in securing Sending and Shipping solution revenues
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create Sales revenues in your own territory.
- Implement strategy for placing of primarily Pitney Bowes and Formax Solutions to existing and competitive accounts.
- Identify opportunities for the full array of solutions provided by Kelley and receive commissions and quota credit for identifying those leads for other Kelley specialists. Engage support team (DocuWare, Production, IT) to assist as needed
- Keeps in contact with clients, answers their questions, and deals with complaints in a timely fashion.
- Predicts future market trends and develops new sales ideas. Complete accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast.
- Create proposal and cost justification
- Maintain CRM (Sherpa) with accurate account of prospects and activity to maintain sales funnel to achieve sales quota.
- Complete customer surveys and current application assessment
- Engage support team (DocuWare, Mailing, IT) to assist as needed
- Prepare sales presentation, product demonstration and present solution to C-level contact and appropriate staff
- Complete necessary paperwork for financing and equipment order.
- Work closely with administrative, service team, and delivery coordinator to successfully complete order, schedule install and meet all customer needs.
- Participate in open house and networking events.
- Attend manufacturer training and maintain working knowledge of product suite.
- Train new users on equipment as needed.
- Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
- Work closely with entire Kelley team in presenting the overall benefits of working with Kelley to clients and potential clients
- Regularly travel to appointments with sales reps out in the field and on own accounts.
- Fosters positive working relationships with manufacturers’ representatives.
- Promotes all company mandates and initiatives.
- Interacts effectively with other company employees to create a cohesive team.
- Liaises with internal departments to provide a seamless client experience with the company.
