Sales Support Administrator Job at Advantage Resourcing
We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals.
The Sales Support Administration Team acts as a central hub for Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) support, assisting sales reps with entering new opportunities and processing customer proposals on sales behalf.
The team supports a dynamic, coast to coast business and the role requires willingness to work non-standard hours.
Duties Include:
- Create and deliver proposals, bid packages, RFP’s or anything sales related to customers on behalf of sales reps within customer-defined timeframes
- Ensure proposals meet customers needs and quality standards in accordance with Aggreko’s terms and conditions and negotiated contracts
- Ensure data accuracy by maintaining and updating sales and customer data in Salesforce
- Support sales teams with Salesforce activities in order to grow the business revenue and maintain an excellent customer service experience.
- Provide support to other Aggreko functions by answering questions and/or resolving issues, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in support of Sales
- PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Able to work well with others and under minimal supervision
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality and accuracy
- Customer Focus and willingness to take initiative
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Critical analysis skills are a plus
