Job Summary:
The Sales Support will support the sales team with product sales and maintaining goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a Professional Image with focus on the customer
- Generally starts work between 5 and 6 AM and continues until the work is completed
- Product Sales and Account Knowledge
- Ordering Process
- In-Store Merchandising
- Inventory Management
- Execution of Marketing Programs
- Ensuring Product Freshness
- Equipment maintenance and care
- Administration/Communication
- Achieve maximum sales and deliver total service to all accounts in the assigned area with the overall goal of total distribution of the Brown Bottling Group, Inc. product line.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid MS Driver’s license with Clear MVR
- Excellent communication/negotiation skill and a positive attitude
- Experience in sales/merchandising – minimum of 1 year
- Team Player
- Ability to transition verbal or written communication / directive to in-store execution
- Ability to operate ordering and tracking electronic devices
- Sufficient math skills to perform calculations of margins and other sales related functions
- Ability to merchandise heavy product and have the stamina to sustain for up to 11 hours each day
