Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with Suppliers to expedite purchase orders to ensure material for customer orders is received.
- Serves as the primary point of contact in the sales department for resolving product receipt issues with a supplier.
- Provide general administrative support to Sales Representatives and Associates to assist them in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions and all safety rules and uses all applicable safety equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent, and two years of related experience or training
- Must possess the ability to read and interpret sales documents and reports.
- must be proficient in MS Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook * Advanced Excel user is a plus.
