Job Description and Duties:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering request for proposals, request for quotes, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying request for proposals, request for quotes, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to qualify before logging in the system for a proposal to be generated.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & webinars; reviewing technical publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Visiting and developing relationships with property management companies
- Following and get getting signed orders from customers
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Join groups and attend network events
