Our fast-paced salon is looking for a talented Cosmetologist and/or Salon Assistant to join our team. It is preferred that the candidate have at least 1 year of experience in the cosmetology industry and a commitment to customer service. Our salon prides itself on utilizing only the latest and most innovative trends, so it is also preferred that the hairstylist candidate is well versed in a wide range of cutting-edge hairstyles, colors and other treatments.
Responsibilities:
- If applying for hairstylist position-must obtain a cosmetology license.
- Develop skills and talent in hair styling and fashion.
- Work as part of a team.
- Participate in continuing education and licensing exams.
- Create a retail plan for selling products.
- Set up an appointment schedule that attracts new clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
