Effective pay rate (with tips included) averages $11.50 - $18.00+ per hour. Weekly paycheck and also take home cash at the end of every shift!

Job Duties Include:

• Make sub sandwiches to customer specifications (includes operating meat slicer).
• Answer phone and take phone orders.
• Stock and fill ingredients and supplies.
• Perform light cleaning of store.
• Learn and follow company policies and procedures with a respectful and positive attitude.
• Demonstrate customer-focused attitude.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• NO waiting tables!

Requirements: 18 years of age or older (required by federal law to operate meat slicer). Will consider under 18 year olds for shorter shifts, or if you are within a couple of months of your 18th birthday.

Number of hours: Normally 12 - 18 hours per week (typically two or three shifts). Additional hours may be available, depending on your availability. This is a good position for someone who is working another job and wants to supplement their income, or for a student who wants a flexible schedule and not too many hours, or for anyone looking for an extra $100 - $200 a week.

Schedule: Shifts you could be scheduled include Monday through Saturday evenings, starting at 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m and normally ending around 9:00 to 9:30 p.m., and Saturday day shift, starting at 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. (We are closed Sundays and major holidays). Day shift hours are also available. Shift hours vary, but we prefer someone who is available to work as early as 10 am to as late as 5 pm.

At times, there will be the opportunity to pick up extra hours. However, extra hours are not guaranteed, so please do not apply for this position if you are looking for a 40-hour-per-week job. Scheduling is flexible, but preference will typically be given to applicants with the most open availability. This is a year-round position.
