Overview:
Your Role: This position will lead and participate in the day-to-day cleaning of the warehouse, train, monitor, evaluate, and communicate work expectations to assigned personnel and participate in workgroups.

Your Role: This position will lead and participate in the day-to-day cleaning of the warehouse, train, monitor, evaluate, and communicate work expectations to assigned personnel and participate in workgroups.
Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use sound cleaning processes- Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of tools and supplies needed for their job
- Monitor and document assigned personnel and work activity
- Communicate clear work expectations and results achieved to assigned personnel
- Direct and participate in the daily cleaning of the warehouse and areas outside the building
Role Specifics:
- Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with the ability to be flexible
- Indoor/outdoor environments and will be working in all temperatures and weather conditions
- Extensive standing and walking
- Maintaining audit paperwork for work accomplished during the shift
- May require additional hours before and/or after shift or on weekends to fulfil job duties
- Will occasionally provide feedback to Maintenance Manager on performance of assigned personnel
- Follows and applies standard work and work instructions
