Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides production support of multi-tiered environment
• Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and complete work with little or no supervision while keeping management fully informed of plans and progress. May coordinate and oversee activities of project team or less experienced team members.
• Acts as information resource and internal consultant for SAP systems by performing systems analysis and requirements gathering.
• Develops detailed plans, diagrams and documentation, and implements company-wide projects, communicating with and coordinating among vendors, end users and Information Technology staff. Projects may be highly complex, introduce new technology, or have advanced requirements for integration with other systems.
• Documents and enforces departmental policies and standards; develops and maintains system solutions that maximize quality, performance, availability, scalability and security.
• Evaluates new versions or updates to systems to determine feasibility for use, prepares detailed plans for adoption, and makes recommendations to IT management.
• Installs, tests, implements and supports new versions or updates to SAP software or hardware; requires high levels of coordination with other IT groups, vendors and PACCAR stakeholders.
• Responsible for proactive system monitoring and tuning for all SAP systems. This includes key performance indicators and trend reporting.
• Plans and manages large or complex projects, and coordinates own task planning for projects.
• Acts as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5+ years SAP Basis Administration, to include HANA 2.0 database, Oracle, SAP S4/TM application, AIX & Suse Linux OS.

· 5+ Year experience in SAP BTM & Cloud Foundry platform.

· Experience implementing or upgrading SAP landscapes.

· Experience with SAP NetWeaver, PO configuration and administration.

· Experience in monitoring analyzing and resolving ABAP dumps and database locks.

· Experience in SAP kernel updates, SAP plug-in, landscape management, transports, printer setups and troubleshooting.

· Experience in creating SAP client copies and deletions.

· Experience in using SAP Solution Manager for overall system monitoring and central user administration.

· Ability in all areas of technical writing skills for information or infrastructure systems.
