Qualifications or Skills:

• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience in automotive shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Google Suite.
• Organizational skills for Packing slips, invoices, and incoming paperwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Must be able to maintain good acceptable attendance.

Job Duties:

• Communicate effectively with external and internal customers.
• Maintain Computer Equipment and Back Up Computer System Daily.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Work with Forklift Drivers to ensure all loads are on the correct trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Creating Load Sheets.l
• Responsible for 5S in the Work Area and adhere to Safety procedures.
• Employees must adhere to all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions.
