Schedule B - Goal Chair Job at Howell Public Schools
Location: Howell High School
Duration: Ten Months (Aug-June)
Qualifications:
- Must have strong interest and belief in the School Improvement process;
- Must have a desire to improve teaching and learning;
- Must be able to work with a team or individually;
- Preference will be given to the school teaching staff.
Responsibilities:
- Attend all School Improvement Team meetings;
- Lead the staff and school in one or more of the School Improvement Plan non-academic goals;
- Collaborate with administration and School Improvement Chair to create agendas for the School Improvement Team meetings;
- Lead School Improvement Team meetings, as needed;
- Present at staff meetings as needed;
- Collaborate with administration and the School Improvement Team to write the annual School Improvement Plan and to write the yearly School Data Profile;
- Model commitment and fidelity to the School Improvement plan to the teaching staff;
- Other duties as assigned.
Wages: Paid in accordance with the HEA Agreement; Schedule B - Non-Athletic - Tier 1
