We are seeking a professional like you who will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling work orders for Maintenance work. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance schedules, plan, and assist with scheduling of maintenance work, and provide prompt and timely service for all customers. Additionally, you will support turnaround planning/scheduling, prepare pm job packages, input data in SAP for work orders, and maintain ongoing coordination of outside services with various suppliers.

Create job plans for the effective execution of work by providing job scopes, job step sequence, labor and material requirements, skill requirements, specifying the necessary tools and equipment, external resources, and determining work order costs to get them in “Ready to Schedule” status. Identify permitting requirements and special isolation needs, and coordinate purchase requisitions / purchase orders, contractor quotations and expedite orders to assure scheduled delivery for turnaround. Provide technical expertise and support for the planning and scheduling of Maintenance activities while ensuring safe operations, regulatory compliance and equipment availability related to manufacturing equipment and systems. Plan all works ensuring equipment availability and that work orders have Materials, Labor, Special Tools, Safety Permits defined. Assure that work orders selected by the gatekeeper have been coded as “Planned” and “Ready to Schedule” and that parts, materials, and external resources, if required, are available. Assist TSS Manager with detailed resource planning, including people, plant and materials.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
If you…
Have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. Have 10 years of maintenance scheduling experience. Have an expert level in SAP. Possess an expert level in P6. Are competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project. Own an expert level in PowerBi.
