Alliance Building Services is looking to fill a Dispatcher position for Alliance Security.

We seek an experienced Dispatcher to assist in providing exceptional service to our employees and clients. As a Dispatcher within Alliance Security, you will be the primary point of contact for all Security Guard shift communication and handle all incoming calls from clients and security personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the schedules and assignments of our security personnel.

This is a high volume role and requires experience in a high volume scheduling call center.

WINTEAM EXPERIENCE IS MANADATORY AS WE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERING ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE WINTEAM EXPERENCE.

Schedule:
There are various schedules available

Previous high volume call Center (In Bound), Reception (Multi-Line), Hospitality, or Concierge Experience in a High Volume Security environment is Required.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients, security personnel and manager
Heavy telephone contact
Planning and revising work schedules throughout the day
Addressing staff call outs
Schedule adjusting
Strong ability to prioritize
Responding to scheduling changes
Confirming security personnel are on post
Maintaining shift call log
Communicating information to security personnel
Relaying pertinent information to the Manager/Supervisor on Duty
Handling emergency phone calls in accordance with established procedures

Requirements:

• Winteam scheduling experience is required, minimum 2-year
• Computer proficiency: Winteam software a must, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Professional, courteous telephone voice and manner
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills;
• Minimum 1-year prior experience in an inbound call center environment is a MUST;
• A security officer or employee scheduling experience helpful;
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Current Security License preferred
