Catapult Learning, LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced School Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist (ABA) in Pinellas County, Florida!

We have a school in Clearwater (33756 zip code) in need of a part-time Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist (ABA) for the 2022-2023 school year and beyond. This position is 20-25 hours per week, in-person, and focuses on individualized or small group behavior analysis and improvement for diverse students in grades K-8. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with servicing multiple grade levels and able to effectively provide students, staff, and parents with behavior change (e.g., education, behavioral health treatment) services and resources.

ABA Therapist Job Duties:

• Provide behavior analysis and improvement to individual or small groups of students in multiple grade levels in a face-to-face school setting.
• Provide support to families, classroom teachers, school principal and other school personnel to maximize effectiveness of services.
• Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classrooms/learning stations. Climbing stairs and light lifting may be required.
• Perform data entry in a timely fashion to meet deadlines (student attendance, progress reports, parent and classroom teacher communication forms, compliance documentation).
• Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by company, local, state, and federal agencies.
• Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.
• Other duties as assigned.

ABA Therapist Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher
• Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist certificate
• Experience with conducting behavior analysis with children and/or students
• Willingness and ability to work with various grade levels
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Zoom/Teams preferred
