Job Definition: Licensed or provisionally licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) therapist needed for full time intake coordinator position assessing children, adolescents, adults, and families in a school and community setting for Chapel Hill/Carrboro, Orange County, Chatham County and Caswell County.

Services include, but are not limited to, the following services:

• Initial contact with referrals within 24 hours of receipt of referral to schedule intake.
• Completion of all intake and consent forms.
• Initial intake and Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, including CALOCUS scoring.
• Submission of intake note within 24 hours of intake appointment.
• Community-based intake appointments depending on needs of families and clients served.
• Clinical recommendation for level of care (outpatient, school-based, telehealth, OPT+, Intensive In-Home, etc.)
• Comprehensive clinicial assessments to be submitted within required deadline.
• Person Centered Plan completion for clients requiring OPT+ or Intensive In-Home.
• Intake sessions should be face to face, with Telehealth serving as a last resort or based on client preference.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in human service related field
• Provisional or full licensure as one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents
• Competency with individual, group, and family therapy
• Credentialed with Alliance, Vaya, and Blue Cross Blue Shield
• In NCTRACK
• Professional Liability Insurance

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience with CCA's.
• Previous experience with Person Centered Palns.
• Familiarity with working with children and adolescents
• Location: This position is primarily community-based with intakes being completed in one of our office locations, schools, or client's home, but can be completed via Telehealth if preferred by the client or if there are barriers to a face to face intake.
• Must consent to a criminal background check
