Summary:

We are looking for a SCRUM master to facilitate and run the delivery of our agile business transformation teams. Job Description: The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand their interactions with the Scrum Team. * Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value * Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values * Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization * Helping to refine and groom the Product Backlog with the Product Owner * Assessing the agile maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization * Removing impediments (people, process or tools) that hinders agility within the team * Building a safe environment to stimulate innovation * Assisting with internal and external communication, and improving transparency leveraging visual dash boarding to keep information up to date * Manage stakeholders outside the team as required

Skills & Requirements: * Scrum Master certifications (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, CSP, CTC) * Total overall experience of 10-14 years. In this overall experience, should be playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2-4 years for a Scrum Team * Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency * Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.) * Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc. * Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Techical Detail Design, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games * Software development background is an advantage.
