SUMMARY: FCA/Vision Ag LLC is seeking a dedicated & self-motivated Custom Applicator. Our Custom Applicator position would focus on the application of multiple crop inputs that includes spreading crop nutrients, spraying crop protection products, mixing chemicals and hauling chemicals to the appropriate fields. You will be part of an agronomy team that strives every day to provide excellent Customer Service.

This position follows the farming season schedule. Significant overtime in the spring, early summer, and fall seasons. Potential for a regular seasonal temp position.

The ideal candidates will possess experience in Agronomy, Crop Protection, Fertilizer and Precision Agriculture and willingness to work flexible hours. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to Read & Follow the different chemical label information printed from the Manufacture
• Ability to operate self-propelled equipment used for applying chemicals, liquid & dry fertilizer
• Good communication skills with customers, salespeople, co-workers & location managers
• Normal shop & equipment Maintenance work throughout the year
• Required to follow all company policies that include safety, regulatory and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Have CDL or ability to obtain one quickly
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds, occasionally closer to 100 pounds.
• Pass Pre-employment drug screen
• Approved MVR background per insurance

Education & Experience:

• Applicator Training & schooling preferred
• Ag Retail Experience/Internships
• Ag Background or farming experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Have Custom Applicators License
• Previous experience Handling & Applying Chemicals/Fertilizers
• Previous experience Operating Ag. Equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours

License Required:

• Valid Driver License
• All other necessary License's required for the applicators position, seasonal or regular
