- Contributes to an environment of total customer satisfaction by making the customer's needs the first priority.
- Develops a full understanding of Company sales and credit policies and procedures.
- Attains sales goal by maintaining a daily focus on standards achievement.
- Sells and explains all warranties.
- Performs guest calling as required.
- Develops a complete knowledge of merchandise. Learns the features and benefits through sales meetings, trade magazines and independent study. Completes the diamontology course.
- Develops guest service skills to provide quality service to the guest, thus assuring repeat sales.
