Lobby Attendant Lead and Lobby Attendant
3. JOB OUTLINE
Lobby Attendants are the security of Arlington towers HOA and monitor the attendant station or front desk in the lobby of ATHOA 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. They also walk around assigned buildings and grounds pick up trash and debris in shrub beds around the building; check doors, open entry doors for owners, keep lobby area and elevators neat and clean-mop if necessary, monitor alarm systems to ensure security; check buildings for water leaks, clogged drains, system malfunctions, and take appropriate action according to security procedures; turn lights on and off, check for signs of fire, flood vandalism graffiti or prowlers and report unusual occurrences to supervisor; monitors security cameras, removes transients, and prepare routine reports of all activities. Duties are subject to change.
Lobby Attendants check visitors in and out of the buildings; monitor the behavior of residents and guests; write incident reports and notifies the police (during CoVid takes temperatures and IDs Guests), if appropriate, according to security policies and procedures.
Pick up trash or debris that present a safety hazard; maintain lobby in a presentable manner at all times.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Available for emergency and or vacation coverage for other shifts with 2 hours notice.
Must like dogs.

Swing Shift Part Time: 2pm to 10PM - Wednesday and Thursday Nights
