LSSI is hiring a full-timeSecurity Guardwho will provide unarmed security services to safeguard clients, staff and property at the Byron St. location, assist with some clerical duties as assigned.

EssentialFunctions:
- Provide building security by doing hourly rounds inside and outside of building, basic clerical duties as assigned.
- Prevent the unauthorized removal of property.
- Respond immediately to emergency requests for assistance.
- Prevent unauthorized persons from entering the building or loitering on the premises.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and responsiveness.
Position Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, background in security required.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal/de-escalation skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge in non-contact de-escalation techniques.
