Founded in 1971, Ozanam Hall is a Faith-Based, not-for-profit facility specializing in Short Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care. Administered by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, Ozanam Hall is guided by the Carmelite Mission which is woven throughout the facility and bound together by the strength and guidance of Mother Angeline to provide the highest quality of care to enhance our residents’ physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.

We are seeking to fill the position of Part-Time Security Guard - WEEKENDS.

** This job is for Weekends and Holidays with additional hours available **

** Pay rate range = $17.50 to $19.26 **

Security Guard Job Summary:

• Ensure safety of the facility by controlling access and prioritizing security.
• Be conscious of government guidelines and regulations.
• Be alert and have excellent observations skills, able to assess the conduct of people and identify dubious activity.
• Interact well with others and be able to take charge and deal with problem makers.
• Take swift and efficient action in during emergencies.

Security Guard Qualifications:

• Previous security experience preferred.
• Proof of COVID19 Vaccination AND BOOSTER Required.
• MUST HAVE A SECURITY LICENSE
• Excellent observations skills to identify dubious activity.
• Ability to assess the intent and conduct of people within or those attempting to access the facility.
• Good interaction skills and ability to take charge and react appropriately with problem makers.
