This is my take on the job: The Union Gospel The mission of Sioux Falls is a mission organization to love God love people and make a difference in their lives!

Job duties are:

· To inform and enforces UGMSF policies and procedures with all Clients, visitors, and staff.

· Patrols and secures facility buildings and grounds as assigned. Monitors conduct of visitors on-premises and confront unauthorized persons for questioning.

· Check in Clients and reports safety issues, fire hazards, or security violations.

· Responds to all requests for assistance from employees, guests,s, and visitors.

· Assists with any situation; i.e., problem-solving with positive outcomes.

· May escort personnel to and from parking areas as requested.

· Maintains records and prepares incident reports and other documents pertinent to security activities.

· Ability to work with all age groups. Must be able to prioritize calls for service in order of urgency based on safety needs.

UGMSF Staff is expected to work in highly stressful situations in which they are to de-escalate the situation as soon as possible.

· All UGMSF Staff are required to maintain awareness of local laws which affect the way individuals conduct themselves on private property. The necessary skills that are required involve the following:

communicate effectively with all clients ability to write professional reports, and demonstrate the physical ability to show basic ability and functions as trained. This position may have access to areas where others may not go to perform their specific job-related functions. Must be about the UGMSF mission, No Drugs, and pass a Drug test!

9-5 Saturday and Sunday

2 PM -10 PM

3:30 PM -10:30 PM

Overnights 10 PM-6 AM

Weekends Saturday Sunday

6 AM 2:30 PM

2:00 PM -10:30 PM
