The (Everbridge) Security Systems Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of the Electronic Security systems (ESS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems/programs; this includes, but is not limited to the following: Evaluating and maintaining all ESS/CCTV systems, diagnosing and initiating corrective actions for system malfunctions and/or failures, supervising and evaluating employees operational performance of assigned ESS/CCTV systems, maintaining the patrol application Guardtek, maintaining the EverBridge emergency notification system, and ensuring regulatory compliance of systems/operations.

The primary duty schedule will be Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. but they will maintain the ability to be recalled if an emergency arises with the ESS/CCTV that requires their expertise.

• Manage and maintain all aspects of the Emergency notification system and become the subject matter expert.
• The Everbridge Administrator is responsible for leading bi-weekly meetings with the customers.
• The Everbridge Administrator is responsible for training the physical security and Crisis Management Teams on various roles.
• Assist with developing, revising, and implementing various emergency related plans for all Airbus entities.
• Ensure data accuracy is maintained in real-time
• Provide recommendations for improvement in how the customer uses the tool as well as investigate and prepare cases for improvement.
• Serves as the Everbridge Administrator Lead on working groups and planning committees.
• Manage Users and Groups within the Security System.
• Manage access control using an Electronic Security System granting/denying access to the specific areas.
• Manage the patrol operations electronic reporting system GuardTek.
• Acting team expert for all networking related issues such as VLAN, ACL, Server, and port issues.

• Must possess an associate degree from an accredited college or university in one of the law enforcement, security management, or related fields.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Information Technology plus (1) may be substituted for educational requirements.
• Preferred certifications from:
  • Siemens SiPass (ACS)
  • Milestone (VMS)
  • Bosch Intrusion
  • AXIS, Hanwha, HID, etc.
• Understand and can follow various IT project processes, language, and structure.
• Network training and certification preferred.
• Can perform as senior technical resource for resolution of system errors/failures.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.
• Must have an excellent working knowledge of access control systems and of protection criteria for sensitive/classified materials and facilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software applications.
• Must have demonstrated especially effective leadership and team-building skills.
• Must have demonstrated excellent analytical, oral, verbal and writing skills.
