SELECTIONS COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities
Provide guidance to each homebuyer through the home selections process at our selections center.
- Review and maintain knowledge of current trends in homebuilding interior design
- Participate in product selection to be offered
- Maintain order of selection center
- Work with suppliers to ensure we are providing most up to date products for our homebuyers
- Coordinate with sales associate to establish initial meeting with customer
- Review the selections process with each Homebuyer
- Organize selections with Hombuyer for their future home using materials at Selections Center
- Communicate with Design/Estimator on specific Homebuyer pricing selections
- Prepare a complete Homeowner Selection Sheet for contract signing
- Attend Preconstruction Meeting
- Complete Preconstruction Addendum & distribute for signatures
- Attend weekly planned close meetings and sales training when scheduled
Customer Satisfaction
- Provide a high level of customer service ensuring continued satisfaction with
Snyder Homes
- Present a courteous, professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
- Assist in achieving customer satisfaction d. Monitor customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekend availability
