Self Directed Employee Job at Royal Community Support

A young man who lives with his mom is looking for a Self-Directed employee who can assist him with a variety of tasks which include but not limited to; assistance with walking, using the bathroom; light housekeeping for his room; his bathroom, and refill supplies; assistance with eating; and other areas of support. Other duties will be assigned as the young man’s needs change and evolve.
This young man is a sports fan who has two favorite NFL teams, the Eagles and the Bengals, and enjoys watching the Flyers. He enjoys going to the mall and is also looking to get connected to his community. He also enjoys his iPad and reading books. He has a great sense of humor and has a genuine and sensitive personality.
This position will be split into two positions, however, flexibility in hours can be negotiated. The SDE should be available to provide either one Saturday or Sunday evening per month.
Schedule of Services:
50-55 hours per week/ split into two positions
Each person could work up to 40 hours per week. There is no overtime.
Monday through Thursday: 2pm- 8 pm.
Friday: 2 pm-8 pm or something similiar.
One Saturday or Sunday evening.
Rate of Pay: $25 per hour
