Reports to: VP of Client Growth

- Manage expectations
- Grow and nurture clients
- Follow up & follow through
- Be an advocate for the client
Who You Are / Competencies:
- 4-6 years experience in account management, client relations, or relevant position
- Grow team through effective feedback & coaching
- Train new team members for department
- Effectively lead & manage interns & apprentices
- Effectively advices team & clients
- Strength in navigating and owning relationship with executive stakeholders
- Consistently identifies opportunities for strategic account growth
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset
