We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative Business Technology Liaison to join our Issuer and Loan Services, Ginnie Mae Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida .

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Contribute strategy according with the project goals to ensure the successful completion of project goals
• To successfully implement and develop manual/automated tests based on requirements specifications.
• Help demonstrate that the required functions of a test object are operating in a manner suited to real-world circumstances and usage .
• Enabling the team to be successful in the testing process
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred experience as an user acceptance analyst
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Able to conduct or present at meetings
• Ability to write test documentation such as test plans, scripts + reports

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Skilled at the user acceptance testing process and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
• Collaborate with teams
• Knowledgeable of Automated Test Scripts
• Knowledge of JIRA, tracking and management applications
