Position Summary:
Manage the sales operations background support for the Nestle Health Science Consumer Care portfolio across the Field Sales accounts. Partner with the Field Sales Leadership Team to coordinate processes, reporting and planning across the team. Assist the customer teams to ensure all information is managed internally and externally. Call on select downstream accounts within the East and West regional accounts. Continually look to improve processes across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Downstream calls at Albertson’s, SuperValu.
  • Attend regional trade shows to help with education of attendees.
  • Assist on Customer business plans that improve distribution, merchandising, and maximize effectiveness of trade spending.
  • Create and update specific customer sales reports including but not limited to: distribution tracking, pricing reports, new item tracking, promotional calendars, inventory reporting and for top customers, shopper card analysis.
  • Assist customer development team in preparing for sales meetings, customer appointments, and internal meetings.
  • With appropriate direction from Field Sales leadership, develop and maintain our key scorecards including our broker scorecard(s) with Acosta for Grocery, Independent Drug, and Military channels.
  • With appropriate direction, assist customer development team in proper planning and forecasting of sales, returns and trade funding inputs in Osprey/TIM and internal communication documents like S&OP checklist.
  • Analyze and refine insight from promotional analysis completed by business managers on key retailer events. Post Promotional Analysis for Key Customers within the Channel.
  • Assist in funding reviews, i.e.: scans, Volume, trade spending, ROI and others as needed.
  • Assist customer development team in submitting and maintaining all relevant product data (New Item Forms, New Vendor Forms, Display Forms)
  • Facilitate sample requests.
  • Where needed, support the customer development team by managing new and on-going promotional activity in customer systems and internal NB systems. Systems Expert on Mosaic/Nestle site Manager, TIM/Osprey Management support as needed.
  • Create, validate and maintain promotion set-up within NHSc and at the customer.
  • Assist customer development team with managing financial audits.
  • Assist customer team on sales calls on location and internally with multi-teams.
  • Conduct retail store audits.
  • Manage and assist with trade shows and sampling opportunities.
  • Updated images for eCom, Ad update and new items etc.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
  • 3+years in a similar position.
  • Experience in consumer goods is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Excel and Power Point
  • Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management on how to navigate internal and external organizations.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a quick learner and self-motivated.
  • Must have strong PC skills with the ability to work with various applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Strong excel skills required.
  • Experience with point-of-sale data analysis (IRI) and reporting preferred
