Senior Analyst, HR Services Job at Oracle
The Senior Analyst, HR Services will communicate and collaborate with global partners across multiple organizations, teams, regions, and teams to partner with stakeholders to manage technical issues and advocate for improvements on behalf of our customers. They will analyze global and regional data trends, synthesize major takeaways, and share findings through effective data storytelling and will present to various levels of leadership. The Senior Analyst will also actively participate in improving our team’s performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity, as appropriate. They will proactively escalate issues and problems appropriately to management to mitigate risks. The Senior Analyst will also mentor and support the development of peers by providing guidance, training, coaching, and feedback. You will create, lead, and facilitate training workshops and socialize best practices. This person should be skilled at defining clear business requirements and translating them to functional/system requirements. They will also be proficient at scoping projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with stakeholders to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and the plan to accomplish it.
- You will dig in and identify root cause of issues, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve the customer experience and operational efficiencies.
- You will participate in and lead multiple projects and initiatives designed to build and improve reporting capabilities across multiple tools and systems.
- You will be skilled at defining clear business requirements and translating them to functional/system requirements.
- You will leverage design thinking and seek customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Share best practices with the team that drives efficiency and effectiveness in our processes.
- You will consult on solutions, and partner with business groups to evaluate effectiveness.
- You will work with cross functional teams and consult to deliver quality detailed design solutions.
- You will prepare your stakeholders and teams for change through open and frequent communication and training.
- Other duties as assigned.
