Position: Sr. Full Stack Developer/Architect

Location: Hybrid - Louisville, KY (3 days in office and 2 days remote)

Compensation Range: $120,000-$150,000

Position Overview:

· ***Full Stack Development 40% / Solutions Architecture 60%

· Developer centric organization with a friendly team-oriented culture with enterprise-level clients

· Hands-on position requiring interest and ability to perform software development tasks

· Strong full stack development skills in .NET, Angular (or React) and Azure

· Experience with Azure DevOps to support modernization and expansion

· Ability to write maintainable code using module patters

· Experience writing and managing automated unit and integration tests

· Ability to provide proof of concept/functionality

· Strong working knowledge of common design patterns and OOA&D

· Identify and rapidly learn new technologies

· Lead technical role, partnering with client to continue development of the system strategy and design, then transition the team into development

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 10 years of experience (combination of 5+ years of full stack development and 4+ years of solutions architecture experience)

· Ability to code in .NET and Angular or React

· Strong familiarities or exposure to Azure DevOps

· Product mindset, experience following agile methodologies

· Team leadership, customer focused and ability to drive a team of talented developers/engineers

· Strong technical leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
