We seek an exceptional, community-focused Creative Cloud Evangelist to focus on building, supporting, and fostering the community of the next generation of design professionals in college or just starting their career and advocating for that community within Adobe. What you'll do
Share your knowledge, passion, and experience with modern design workflows using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other Adobe tools and services, particularly in the context of designers early in their career.
Helping designers launch their career and how to start in the industry.
Inspire and encourage others through your design work and research.
Establish yourself as a creative leader through your work, and participation in industry topics and conversations, building and fostering relationships within the Community of the next generation of graphic designers.
Engage daily with communities around creating content with designers starting in their career wherever they are (Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in two-way conversations representing Adobe.
Be active and visible within the community, build long-term relationships and trust, and demonstrate that knowledge and understanding of the users to help Adobe internally.
Build relationships with leaders in the identified communities.
Answer questions and engage in discussion about Adobe products and policies.
Run, develop, and manage moderation of Adobe-owned community spaces (such as Facebook groups, Adobe-run product subreddits, or Adobe-run Discord channels).
Enable conversations, build content, and speak about Design tools to address the specific audience needs and encourage that community.
Understand the competitive landscape and share insights within Adobe on an ongoing basis.
Travel required (30-50%) for in person demos, community engagement and events.
Coordinate with other community, product, marketing, and campaign teams to develop mini-engagements and activities for the community (i.e. AMAs with the product team on Reddit or community activities and discussions via live streams, etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
BA/BS degree preferred Or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience as a Community Relations Manager or Evangelist.
Two years experience working in graphic design.
Strong design background and portfolio.
Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe design tools and services.
Ability to engage with the next generation of creative pros, both in college or early in their career.
Familiarity with generative AI solutions including Adobe Firefly.
Familiarity with the major Social Media platforms and a proven track record to interact with an audience at scale are vital.
Knowledge of and empathy with your core audience based on your experience is required.
Know existing and emerging design tools, including contending and complementary technology companies and products.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
