Senior Graphic Designer

Gemini: Advanced Marketing Solutions is looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to help elevate our digital marketing programs through creative and purposeful design. This exciting role will allow you to flex your design muscles on a wide variety of projects while collaborating with some of the best minds in marketing. What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and design a wide variety of marketing collateral including but not limited to social ads (static & lightweight motion), display ads, landing pages, infographics, static & interactive web graphics, email templates, brand elements, web mood boards, sales & strategy decks.
• Work closely with project managers and team leads to help with design strategy ensuring customers goals and objectives are met.
• Be a brand advocate for our customers, ensuring that there’s design cohesiveness across the various graphic applications.
• Be a risk-taker by presenting designs that stretch our client’s vision on how elevated creative can enhance program success and reinforce brand identity.
• Stay current with marketing design trends to ensure Gemini continues to deliver visually appealing and cutting-edge work.

What You Need

• 5-7 years minimum design experience, ideally 3+ years agency experience.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally Premiere.
• Thrive in a fast-paced agency setting with the ability to multitask and remain extremely detail oriented.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and organization skills.

• Adhere to deadlines and are very communicative about the process of every project.

• Proven success in creative development, ideation, and brainstorming.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver visually appealing, on-brand designs.
• General understanding of SEO and Paid Search services would be ideal.
