Senior Human Resources Analyst
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the bonus process on a quarterly basis, assessing talent development metrics and support the greater HR team within our Pork business unit. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting all HR projects related to the business unit and collaborating with shared services areas across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Generate reports of status of turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics, providing analysis to identify trends and areas of concern and making recommendations for improvement.
- Compile KPI information for annual bonuses and upload internal JTP system for the whole business unit..
- Help to develop and communicate effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to managers and employees.
- Collaborate with shared services areas to ensure HR projects related to the business unit are successful.
- Track and manage all visa processes including renewal, transfer, and promotions for employees under sponsorship, ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate visa records and ensure timely communication with employees regarding visa status.
- Manage and administer company’s annual Glint survey, analyze results, and create action plans at the corporate office level to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage and support projects related to employee training and development, compensation, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop relationships with diverse communities and identify their needs. Create programs and activities to support the identified needs of the community.
- Assist in organizing community events. Monitor and evaluate the success of community development programs.
- Attend community events held outside of normal working hours.
- Travel to different locations as needed to implement programs.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS systems.
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $75,000-$90,000; and
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
