POSITION: Senior Integrated Producer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Integrated Producer leads BVK teams and clients through the production process with expert knowledge, collaboration, problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and careful attention to detail. They are responsible for leading the production of video content, TV commercials, radio, photography, social content and other production projects from the development of concept and/or storyboards, through delivery and actualization of finished work. They act as Strategic lead for planning method and execution of all client content. They will build and nurture relationships with Account Directors and GCDs to develop trust and respect of clients that leads organic growth for the agency. They will partner with Account Leads on a daily basis to foster partnership and understanding across disciplines, always looking to optimize workflow.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the client interface on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex
  ideas clearly, and manage expectations
• Lead discovery process on large engagements and accurately scope projects, defining project requirements and success metrics
• Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project as well as involving
  people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization
• Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate
  effectively in difficult situations
• Passionate about delivering the best creative, but find ways of producing it that does
  not jeopardize schedule and budget
• Bring a solid roster of vendor partners with specific skillsets to execute flawless creative
• Manage and negotiate contracts with said partners
• Keen understanding of IP and Copyright law and the ability to identify risks in creative work and help find solutions, work arounds.
• Consults with team in planning phase to brainstorm and research the possibilities, high range ballpark costs and advise clients as needed
• Expert negotiation skills
• Knowledge and experience shooting during COVID, adhering to all guidelines and safety protocols

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a producer
• 5+ years of agency experience
• Ability to manage workload and multiple complex projects simultaneously
• High level of personal accountability
• Comfortable presenting in front of internal and client teams
• Decisive yet adaptable
• Ability to travel frequently for client work, up to 50%
• Effective presentation and communication skills as evidenced by ability to develop
  presentations and speak to large audiences including senior level clients
• Experience working in tourism, education, or healthcare a plus

TRAVEL

This position will travel frequently as the projects necessitate. Average is 1-2 times per quarter.
