Overview
As a high growth and dynamic business, Cirkul needs to develop strategies and tactics to manage inventory to ensure business continuity and accuracy. The Senior Inventory Manager will manage a team that ensures accuracy of inventory, troubleshoots sporadic inventory issues, and creates an environment to maximize production. This role will also develop long term inventory management strategies including layouts, cycle/wall to wall counts, stocking levels, etc. This role will work cross functionally with production planning, finance, warehousing, and leadership on Key Performance Metrics(KPIs) that drive business results to meet Cirkul's high growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of inventory count.
- Manage inventory team.
- Develop strategies and tactics to improve inventory accuracy and inventory systems such as FIFO, Cycle Counts, and Auditing.
- Develop best practices for inventory team and other functions to deliver world class results.
- Partner with Logistics and Warehousing to ensure efficient movement of materials and people.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory issues and variances.
Qualifications:
- Relevant 4 Year Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
- 5-10 years of managing inventory, logistics, or manufacturing.
- 5-10 years of Working with production ERP(s), Microsoft Business Central a plus.
- Experience developing and leading cross functional teams.
- Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
- Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
