Position Summary
Title: Landscape Enhancement Manager - Senior Level
Location: Country Club Hills, IL
Our client is a growing commercial landscape company that services the Chicagoland market providing landscape maintenance and enhancement services.
They plan to hire an experienced Senior Enhancement Manager to be responsible for managing all field operations within the Enhancements Division with a focus on quality, employee development, safety and profitability. This division has currently an annual revenue of $ 3,5 mm including annual flower rotation for maintenance, brick paver installs, retaining walls as well as outdoor kitchens and drainage work. Their clientele is typically split between 20 % Commercial Retail Offices, 15 % High-End Residential and 55 % HOA's.
The Enhancement Manager will be responsible for managing 2 experienced enhancement crews and 1 crew focussed on residential installations. This position will be managing the schedule, optimizing routes, approving time sheets using Aspire, drive quality control, and provide training on best practices related to safety, equipment use and maintenance techniques in order to provide a high quality job and high level of service - as well during the snow season. This person must be organized, proactive with strong problem solving and communication skills - ideally in both English and Spanish - to interact with colleagues and clients, and to support crews to perform at their highest level.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary ranging from $ 75,000 -90,000 k annually plus profit based bounus, Take Home Vehicle, Health, Insurance, IRA Match up to 4% and other perks.
