Solution Architect - Business Development

Summary:
The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.
Solution Architect’s Responsibilities:
- Analyze and provide the technology requirements for new business opportunities
- Analyze enterprise specifics per client requirements for new business opportunities
- Analyze and document requirements for new and existing business requirements for sales opportunities
- Determine the collaboration framework needed for new business opportunities
- Create a solution prototype based on client needs, RFP requirements, internal solutions
- Participate in technology selection for new business opportunities
- Control solution development for new business opportunities
- Supporting project management
- Research new sales opportunities and work with sales team to develop solution framework
- Collaborate with senior management, IT professionals and sales team to develop contact center solutions for new business opportunities
- Work closely with operations to develop solutions for new business opportunities.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
Required Education and Experience:
Call Center Experience required, 2 years
Proficient in MS office required
2 to 3 years’ experience as a Solution Architect preferred.
