Senior MuleSoft/Java Software Architect

Seeking a Senior MuleSoft/Java Software Architect who will use equal parts technical skill and individual leadership to build an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency. The solo developer will support a well-established Agile team. This position will be the team's MuleSoft and Java technical solutions authority and must be well versed in both languages.

This opportunity to overcome challenges faced by healthcare by collaborating with a development team to maintain and build integrations using MuleSoft and Java. This position will help clarify complex business integration requirements, participate, and contribute to the design and development of MuleSoft-based orchestrations and API development with customers and clients, develop and execute complementary tests, analyze the development of logical and physical specifications, identify, communicate, debug, and resolve technical defects, and assist with implementing optimization flows and orchestrations. This position will require the ability to support a 9 am - 5 pm EST schedule.

Location: Remote from an established location within the continental United States.

Salary of $125,000 - $150,000 is based on experience and technical interview.

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years' experience as a Lead MuleSoft and Java Architect.
• MuleSoft Platform Architect certification, and/or MuleSoft Integrations Architect Certification
• Experience with Java programming or development, including Java Enterprise and Spring
• Experience with Java 11 version or higher
• Familiarity deploying applications to both Java and Mule (on premises and in the cloud)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• Demonstrated track record in software development experience and agile methodologies in a consultant environment.
• Experience using Anypoint 4.3 or higher platform.
• Advanced understanding of data formats such as XML, CSV, and JSON
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
• Demonstrated track record working in software product life cycle development using Agile methodologies in a consulting environment.
• Comfort working independently to address client concerns and troubleshoot.
• Self-motivated and proactive when problem solving
