Elder Care Homecare is looking for a Full-Time Nurse Manager for our NYC Clientele. We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated New York State Registered Nurse to help support our clients and Caregivers as we continue to grow our business! We dedicate ourselves to improving our seniors' quality of life, supporting our Caregivers and Nurses out in the field, and cultivating a great environment with one another! This role is great for someone who is looking for flexible hours!

Responsibilities
- Ability to work some weekend days during the month
- Overseeing Clientele that is assigned for your care
- Creating and maintaining relationships with our Caregivers and Nurses caring for your client
- Executing, implementing, and updating Plan of Care for the client, ensuring the Caregiver is aware of changes
- 90% of the time will be out in the field
- Onboarding prospect clients
- Monitoring Discharge from Hospital, SNF, or Rehab
- Filing administrative paperwork in accordance with our policy and NYS DOH
- Occasionally hosting virtual enrichment classes for our Caregivers
Qualifications
- NYS Registered Nurse with Up to Date License
- Previous experience is a must!
- Comfortable working some weekends during the month!
- Must be organized
- Great communication skills with not only Colleagues, Clients but also our Caregivers
- Must feel comfortable clinically training RNs and Caregivers on-site to their respective duties for their clients
