To that end, we are currently looking to a Senior People Partner to deliver a consistent end-to-end P&O (HR) experience, focusing on the moments that matter for leaders, managers, and associates across the US. This individual will help to establish harmonized People Partner processes and ways of working in the US to provide a P&O experience that meets both customer (managers and associates) and stakeholder expectations (Country P&O Board, Business Partners and COEs) now and in the future.

This role will be based out of Indianapolis, US.

What you will be doing:
Senior level of consultation to key stakeholders and senior leadership teams, focused on leadership interventions, coaching, global initiatives, culture change etc.

Accountable for credible P&O People Partnering to leaders, managers and associates, offering advice and guidance on the moments that matter. Escalation for all leaders and managers on their day-to-day P&O topics where expert advice, guidance and support are needed.

Manage complex projects and change initiatives with broad scope - cross divisional or even global scope

Involved in designing or leading P&O initiatives that support the overall P&O Strategy

Activate business ownership and accountability of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives

Acts as the escalation point for exceptions to P&O standards (regulations and P&O processes), deviations or appeals.

Champions a safe and inclusive culture and supports implementation of corporate initiatives (e.g., Hybrid Working, Evolve, Go Big on Learning)

Drive buy-in and utilization of data and analytics to identify risk and trends, and to apply these business insights to inform decisions and actions.

Champion DEI efforts and align with global or local initiatives / implementation of corporate initiatives. e.g., gender representation, LGBTI, pay equity

Drives quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement for P&O People Partnering and related processes based on feedback from customers. Implements enhancements and modification as necessary to meet both the business and customer needs.

Ensure compliance with local equity / Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations

Lead the delivery of in-country transformations, consult with Legal, provide advice and guidance for managers through the local process, oversee associate notice / handover meetings and overall restructuring lifecycle.

Provides coaching and counselling to Global and Country P&O Business Partners on local policies and processes.

Mitigate and flag risks to be escalated and for awareness across the teams

Employee relations within client group, coaching and mentoring associates and managers

Strong people analytics skills, effectiveness with data / metrics / reporting to inform decision making.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between: $124,000.00 and $186,000.00 USD per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
